I’m an established Reiki Therapist for Dereham, Fakenham, Swaffham and the wider Norfolk area. I’m based in Tittleshall and I offer Reiki and other complimentary therapies such as Crystal Therapy and Indian head massage. I initially started as a Reiki and Crystal Healer Therapist, but expanded my skills to also incorporate traditional Swedish Full Body Massage. and Indian head massage. These treatments fit in very well with Reiki and Crystals and add to my whole holistic health approach.
All my treatments take place in my purpose built garden studio, nestled in my sunny garden in North Norfolk. It is fully double glazed and heated to ensure comfort and tranquillity.

Privacy
I have black out blinds fitted and can be fully closed to give you total privacy. I can also adjust them so that you can view into the garden during your treatment. It’s very private and you will not be seen. There is the flexibility to create the perfect environment for your treatment of choice.
I use an Earthworks Comfort Liftback Professional Grade Massage Table. It’s so comfortable because it has extra thick and high density foam to provide optimum comfort during treatments. But don’t worry if you are so relaxed that you fall asleep.

Reiki Massage is not a traditional massage. Pronounced ‘ray-kee’, the term is Japanese for “Universal Life Force Energy”.
Swedish Massage is the most common and best-known type of massage and is the foundation for Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Aromatherapy Massage.
Indian Head Massage can restore joint movement and mobility, promote hair growth, relieve eye strain, tinnitus, sinus problems, insomnia and fibrous adhesions in the neck and shoulders.
Crystals have been used for healing since ancient times by many different cultures. It is a holistic therapy, which means that the focus is on the individual as a whole, rather than on physical symptoms alone.
